  • Proficiency Scales are being duplicated automatically in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
  • Proficiency Scales appear without end user intervention/creation
  • A new scale is created with name Proficiency set name of library <attribute external id>
  • The Proficiency Scales were set to inactive but they became active again.
