3547650 - Duplicate Proficiency Scales in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

• Proficiency Scales are being duplicated automatically in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• Proficiency Scales appear without end user intervention/creation
• A new scale is created with name Proficiency set name of library <attribute external id>
• The Proficiency Scales were set to inactive but they became active again.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles/Job Description Manager/Job Profile Builder/Center of Capabilities

HCM Suite

1. Log into the Instance.
2. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.
3. Create new Attribute and make sure to select Competency as Attribute Type.
4. Access the newly created attribute and then edit the Proficiency Scale. Update the Description and save.
5. Go to Proficiency Settings > Rating Scale. Notice that system creates new scale with name Proficiency set name of library <attribute external id>.

This is expected behavior and does not have an impact on the functionality.
