When importing Assessment Vendor Packages in Provisioning > Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages, the following errors appears: Invalid headers given in the CSV

The file format is not following the format expect by the system.

When importing a new file, you need to export the existing file from Provisioning > Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages. This makes sure the file follows the correct format.

If you open a .csv file created from scratch with a code editor like Notepad++, you will see values separated only by commas. However, the file from Provisioning is separated like this: vendorId, packageCode, reportPackageCode, [...].
