3547804 - Edit award amount feature limitation - Rewards & Recognition

When enabled by an administrator for Reward and Recognition, during the workflow approval for an award, an approver can change the amount of the award. However, this feature comes with a few limitations as listed below.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Rewards & Recognition

For Spot Award object, pending data set to yes is not supported. When pending data is set to no, MDF cannot keep the history data for previous workflow data. Due to that, we have the below limitations to this feature:

• Show Previous Request will only the latest workflow data is shown (i.e. old values before edit will not be known).
• Strike through will not show for the updated field value.
