3547809 - srvbuildres fails with error "Task failed Unable to boot server '<servername>'" - SAP ASE

• Using srvbuild or srvbuildres to build a new ASE.
• An existing served license key (.lic file) exists in the $SYBASE_ASE/SYSAM-2_0/licenses directory.
• The license server or host in the .lic file is not responding in a timely fashion.
• The build of ASE appears to go ok, except that it fails to detect the server is running after a reboot.
• Example output of srvbuildres:
