Unable to create interview for candidate through API, receiving error: [COE0019]Interview Assessment Feature is not configured for current user's role and application status with the index 0

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

For this specific message, we may have two cases:

• Cause 1: 
  Wrong userID mentioned in the payload.
  
  
• Cause 2:
  The API user is not part of the requisition as an operator.

For the first cause, please export the User Data File from your system and confirm the UserID that has been enrolled.

In the second scenario, add the API user as an operator through the Requisition Operator fields, or ensure the user is part of the Recruiting Group connected to the requisition 

Once you have implemented one of these solutions, try running the API query once again.
