3547843 - Triple Records in Standard Data Source HCMTLMU01

Data source HCMTLMU01 shows triple records for an employee although there is only one time entry in the time sheet of the issued employee.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the time sheet of the employee.
2. Create one time entry with start and end time.
3. Go to Business Analytics - Design Data Sources.
4. Preview data source HCMTLMU01.
5. Filter the employee.
6. Set the view as Start Time, End Time, Date, Employee and Record Time.
7. Three entries display.

This is the default system behavior. In data source HCMTLMU01, there are two predetermined entries displayed without recording any time entry. One is a valuation result time which shows the total time of recording. The other is a default value and the date from and to will be hire date to Unlimited (termination date) of the time profile.

If it is no need to use the default records, filter the start time and end time as Not equal to (!=)  00:00:00. Then, these two records will be filtered, and only recorded times with start and end time maintained will be available.
