Symptom

How to change the sequence of the application views for SAP Sales Cloud V2 mobile app?

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Resolution

  1. Go to the User Menu.
  2. Access Settings.
  3. Under Mobile Administration section, select General view.
  4. Go to Navigation tab.
  5. Drag and drop the required view.

The first three options in this list appear as options on the tab bar. The rest of the entities appear in the list view when you select the More option in the tab bar.
