3547862 - Time sheet buttons are active even for a non-admissible time sheet period

Time sheet buttons are active during a non-admissible period. The warning message 'You cannot make changes to time sheets that are more than 4 weeks old.' is displayed as expected.
However, all buttons in the day recording view on the right side (e.g., Create, Apply Planned Time), as well as the Submit button for the time sheet, remain active.

If you attempt to edit, for example create record and then save, there will be error message raised like below blocking the edit action.

So this is a usability issue only, as no incorrect data can be created from a functional perspective. Submission or creation of attendances, on-calls, or allowances is prevented by an error message.

The symptom occurs only in the time sheet period immediately preceding the start of the admissibility period.

This happens when the assigned Time Recording Admissibility has got "Past Weeks for Weekly Time Sheets" filled and "Amendments Allowed" set as No. 

At the same time, the employee's timezone defined in job info differs from Tenant Preferred Time Zone. 

This is a known issue planned to be improved with 1H 2025.

Submission or creation of attendances, on-calls, or allowances is prevented by an error message even now, so there is no actual impact.
