3547926 - Verify Button is Missing for External Learning Request in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

An external learning request is pending verification, but when the use tries to verify it, the "Verify" button is missing and the only option is "Copy Request".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in and navigate to learning>external learning requests;
2. Observe that the request is approved and pending verification but "Verify" button is missing.

The learning event is not considered completed since the end date is in future.

Change the end date to a past date from admin side and the "Verify" button should then be visible.

Or, ask the user to verify after the end date has passed.
