3547939 - Migration Projects Activity appears like "Started" but all of the processes are completed - Migrate Your Data (Direct Transfer approach)

The Activity Migrate Data appears as Started on the Monitoring screen, but in Additional Information, all of the registers were completed with 100%.

For example:
