3548120 - Unable to Remove Market from SAP CPQ Due to Existing Quotes Error

Symptom

  • An issue arises when attempting to remove the market from SAP CPQ.
  • An error message indicates that the market is being used in some quotes, preventing its deletion.
  • These quotes, however, cannot be located using the Bulk Quote Deletion function.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Admin settings
  2. Navigate to Pricing/Calculations
  3. Markets
  4. Attempt to remove market
  5. Observe the error message "This market can't be deleted because it is used in the quote"
  6. Copy one of the Quote from the error message
  7. Navigate to Quotes
  8. Bulk Quote Deletion
  9. Paste the copied Quote ID.

Cause

The issue is identified as a bug. The system incorrectly identifies the market as being used in some quotes, despite these quotes not being present.
