3548164 - Inbound Delivery Notification Inconsistency Post 2411 Upgrade

• The Inbound Delivery Notification document becomes inconsistent when the iStock is updated.
• An error message is displayed stating "The product specifications for the item ID and the PO must match."
• The updated iStock is not mapped to the product specification (PRS) which was requested in the relevant Purchase Order.

Inbound Delivery

1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to the Inbound Delivery Notifications view.
3. Search and select the relevant delivery notification.
4. Choose the Action.
5. Navigate to the Line Item and change the iStock. Ensure this iStock is mapped to a PRS id which is not the PRS requested via the relevant PO.
6. Save the document.

• In the 2411 upgrade, the system behavior was enhanced to ensure that the product specification received in the warehouse is the same as the product specification requested in the purchase order.
• This enhancement was implemented to ensure that warehouse confirmations are posted without issues in accounting.
• The Inbound Delivery Notification document will be inconsistent to ensure that the product specification requested in the purchase order is received in the warehouse.

1. Make the Inbound Delivery Notification consistent by updating the product specification which was requested in the purchase order.
2. The document can be processed once the notification is consistent.
