Reference line gets suppressed in 100% stacking mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

SAP Analytics Cloud- 2024.21.9

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open the story.
3. Check the option Show chart as 100%.

Notice that the reference line is disappearing.

This is by design behavior of the product.
