3548222 - Addition of 'Source Type' Column to Integration Center TIH Growth Portfolio Export

• A request was made for the 'Source Type' column to be added to the Integration Center TIH Growth Portfolio export.

HXM Suite

1. Download the .icd file from the official SAP page regarding growth portfolio export.
2. Log into the instance.
3. Go to Integration Center.
4. Click "create" and import the downloaded .icd file 
5. The source type column is not visible by default and can't be found amongst the predefined columns 

Expected behaviour by system design, the source type column can be added manually with the 'source' value. 

In integration center go to 'Configure fields'

Notice the '+Add' button and click on it

Click on add fixed value field 

Switch to 'field mapping view' and drag and drop the 'source' value from the left column to the newly created Fixed value

How to consume this template

• Please download the integration definition file from the Artifacts tab and upload it to SuccessFactors Integration Center. Also refer to Importing Integrations from the Integration Catalog.
• Configure the SFTP target settings. Maintain the file and folder location of the export file.
• Schedule the integration to run.

Special considerations

• Initial Export: When you create a new Integration Center job for Growth Portfolio export, the initial run will extract data for all users. This ensures a complete data transfer to your target system.
• Subsequent Exports: From the second run onwards, the export job will efficiently extract only the delta changes since the previous run. This means that only the latest updates to user data, such as new skills or updated ratings will be included in the export. This approach significantly reduces the amount of data transferred, improves performance, and optimizes your integration process.
• There is no support to filter a subset of the data while creating a job.
• There is no support to export historical data. Only the latest proficiency data will be exported.
