- Enable Full Profile for the latest People Profile is on in Company System and Logo Settings;
- When attempting to download attachments from previous periods within the custom background element block, only the most recent file is being downloaded, regardless of which period is selected.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the profile;
- Click VIEW ALL in the custom background element block;
- Try to download any attachment but only the most recent file is being downloaded.
Cause
This issue is related to the 2H2024 release.
Resolution
- The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (Preview: April 14th and Production: May 16th)

WORKAROUND: there are two workarounds for this issue.
- You can deselect Enable Full Profile for the latest People Profile in Company System and Logo Settings;
- You can download the correct file from the tab that opens when you click the error next to the file as shown below:
