Symptom

As of release 2407, users can now gather statistics on a list of TCMP tables. A new package is available for execution by the EXT user. To enable this feature, please open a request with SAP support to activate the preference as described over the Help Portal Documentation: Gather Table Statistics (Oracle Only) | SAP Help Portal
