3548326 - Permission issue while editing or displaying SAML2

Symptom

  • The user is unable to access or edit SAML2 transactions even after SAML roles are assigned, and receives the error message: "You do not have permissions to display SAML 2".
  • The authorization verification fails for the SAML application in transaction STAUTHTRACE, and a different user is displayed. Additionally, in transaction SICF, the ICF service /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/saml2 inherits the same user.
