3548340 - One Time Deduction portlet error in Full Profile - 2H2024

Symptom

In the One Time Deduction portlet in Full profile, there's error message:

  • No applicable renderer found
  • Looks like something went wrong: Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: getResourceView: data does not have metadata

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to the Full Profile - Compensation - One Time Deduction

2. Click View all

Cause

Field advanceId is disabled in object One Time Deduction.

Resolution

Go to Configure Object Definition, search object: One Time Deduction, set the status of advanceId field to be Active．
