3548384 - Manager does not Appear in Replicated Business User

You have replicated an employee to the system, however when checking its respective business user, the Manager field appears blank.

SAP Business ByDesign

After replicating the employee:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Enter the Business Users view.
3. Search for the respective user.

Here you can see that the Manager field appears as blank.

Although the employee was replicated and the personal file of the employee may show the manager correctly, the org unit itself currently does not a manager assigned in the organization structure that appears in Business ByDesign.

The manager data of the business user screen pulls the manager information directly from the organization structure, rather than from the employee file.

Please ensure that the replication of the manager employees and the replication of reporting line units is also completed.
