3548424 - Export Master Data Error: MDC_LOAD/049 - "You have no permission to create a new Load"

Symptom

You're using Export Master Data App to export either Business Partner or Material. After adding selection table/fields and selection criteria, you press the "Export". There will be a popup shown and telling the count of data to be exported. If you proceed generating the file, you will get an authorization error "You have no permission to create a new load".
