3548428 - Participant with Concurrent Employment's Subjects Are Not Removed After Manager's Deletion - Calibration

When creating a calibration session for a participant with two employments, the direct reports of both employments are automatically assigned as subjects, but when trying to delete the direct reports, only the primary ones are deleted.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Manage Calibration Sessions > Create session
2. Set the manager of the primary employment  and concurrent employment as the owner of the session
3. Session will pull the participant with concurrent employment's subjects 
4. Delete participant 
5. Notice that their subjects from the concurrent employment are not removed, only the primary ones

The Concurrent Employment user is not added as a Participant, only the Primary Employ role is added.

This means that when a Participant with the Primary Employ role is deleted, only the subjects from the Primary Employ are deleted. 

For example:

• The user has 19 direct reports as Concurrent Employ and 1 direct report as Primary Employ. 
• Therefore, when we delete a Participant with Primary Employ, only 1 subject is deleted. 

This is functioning as designed, as the Concurrent Employment function is not supported in this feature. 

The feature is currently in our backlog and will be worked upon.  We cannot provide a timeline for you request at this time.
