3548463 - SCUL: Error "BP XXXX: Change of field XX not permitted using data source US" for business user in S/4HANA

Symptom

Central User Administration (CUA) is active.

A user is not a Business Partner user in Central system, but is in Child system.

When syncing the user change via CUA, multiple error messages similar to "BP XXXX: Change of field XX not permitted using data source US" are displayed in SCUL log.
