3548850 - Data Quality report blank screen - Data Services

• All reports are blank
• Page displays with no content
• Pop-ups and redirects are allowed in browser
• After running Data Quality Report the window is blank, page pops up but there is nothing on it.
• The tomcat\logs\stdout.log file contains  " [https-openssl-nio-443-exec-10] ERROR com.businessobjects.reports.sdk.JRCCommunicationAdapter -  detected an exception: Logon Error: "encrypt" property is set to "true" and "trustServerCertificate" property is set to "false" but the driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption: Error: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Failed to validate the server name "server_name"in a certificate during Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) initialization.
