3548860 - Call Log Contact Field Automatically Populates with Account’s Main Contact Instead of Lead Contact

Symptom

  • When creating a Call Log from a Lead, the Contact field is automatically populated with the Account's Main Contact instead of the Lead's Contact.
  • If a contact is identified in the lead, it is not set as the contact in the Call Log.
