3548994 - Refresh job failed with error message "An unexpected error occurred while trying to update the dimension data." in Public Dimension in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Error message "An unexpected error occurred while trying to update the dimension data." would appear when running the import job in Public Dimension in SAC

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.9

1. Login to SAC 
2. Create a public dimension based on the import data connection to BW
3. Switch to Data Management.
4. Refresh the import jobs
   => Observe that these import jobs would fail
5. Check the failing import job 
   =>Error:  An unexpected error occurred while trying to update the dimension data.

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

This issue has been addressed in version 2024.21.11
