3549080 - Override Folder Import Location is not available in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

Override Folder Import Location is not available in Content Network Storage in SAC.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise

Reproducing the Issue

  1. login to SAC.
  2. Go to Transport > Import.
  3. Import package.
  4. Notice that there is no option to Override Folder Import Location.

Cause

By design, the option to override the folder location, is only available when a folder is being imported for the first time in the target tenant.

Resolution

As mentioned in this help guide Note, if this is not the first time you are importing the folders, please note that by design: "If you are reimporting a folder, the import location is automatically set to the same location as its previous import; it can't be changed."
