3549286 - Error "The steps cannot be loaded. Please try again later" is displayed when creating POs in Manage Purchase Orders app - SAP S/4 HANA

When creating a PO in Manage Purchase Order App, the Approval Details section is not loaded. The following error is shown: "The steps cannot be loaded. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact support."

After saving the PO, the Approval Details are loaded correctly.
