3549415 - Duplicate Time Record Entries in Report

Employee had two overlapping records created in their Job Information via creating Employee Time entries.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Submitted two different time entries with LOA 
2. Approve the request
3. This managed to create two Job Information records.
4. Run a report and confirm that both of these records were created with an end date of 12/31/9999

Current system limitation.

• Check Tool: Use the check tool "JobInfoInconsistentEndDateCheck," which can also correct overlapping records.
• Return Date in Absence Request: Ensure that the actual return date is added in the absence request, as the job information records will be updated accordingly, and the issue will be corrected automatically.
• Avoid Parallel Approvals: The issue can be avoided if LOA requests are not approved simultaneously or in a very close timeframe.
