3549440 - How to disable unique email id check - Manage Workforce

The system generated the error "Email &1 of &2 &3 is not unique." due to there are same email addresses for different workers.

The configuration activity 103515 is set as "Validation with Error (no saving)".

There is a customizing option which can be found in configuration activity 103515 - Business User Field Validation. In here, the configuration for Email Address can be changed manually from "Validation with Error (no saving)" to "No Validation" or "Validation with Warning (saving)" to disable the unique email address check.
