3549469 - Production Lots - Line Items Report is not Displaying the Production Lot ID

Production lot ID is not displaying in the Production Lots - Line Items Report  and shows as #. System shows below error message while navigating from #.

No data read from the Master Data MDAV SCM_PROD_LOT for simple OB

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Inventory Valuation Work Center.
2. Go to the Reports > List View.
3. Select Production Lots - Line Items Report.
4. Enter the required details.
5. Click on Apply.
6. Go to Production Lot column -> Set Filter and Select #>Right click on #-> Click on Go to -> View Production Lot.
7. System shows error details:

   No data read from the Master Data MDAV SCM_PROD_LOT for simple OB

The error is due to the Production Lot Status is "Started", so not in Finished stage. You can check the Production lot and there are some tasks are "In Process" status.

To Find the Production Lot in the report:

1. Open Production Lots - Line Items Report.
2. Enter the required details.
3. Click on Apply.
4. Go to Production Lot column -> Set Filter and Select #
5. Go to Journal Entry Column -> Click on Go to -> View Journal Entry 
6. Select the G/L accounts in the Line items and Scroll down to view the Production Lot id.
7. Click on Production lot id to navigate to Production Lot Overview.
8. Go to the Confirmations tab.
9.  Production Lot Status is in "Started" status and check the relevant task in the Production Confirmations as well.

It is necessary to complete all in process tasks in Production Confirmations to view the Production lot details in the Production Lots - Line Items Report.
