Symptom
- During the confirmation of a put away task, an error occurs stating 'maximum quantity allowed is 0'.
- The error message states: "Line item quantity must not be greater than maximum permitted quantity of 0".

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Inbound Logistics workcenter.
- Proceed to the Task Control workcenter.
- Select required Put away Task ID and choose confirm.
- Enter the quantity for the required line item.
- The system throws an error: "Line item must not be greater than maximum permitted quantity of 0 ea".
Cause
- The issue arises because no quantity/stock for item is being received in the preceding unload task.
- As a result, while confirming the put away task, the system expects the quantity as 0ea and a deviation reason to be updated as no quantity is being received via preceding unload task in the system.
Resolution
- Check the details of preceding unload task.
- Confirm the put away task accordingly.
