3549585 - Error: 'Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and other legacy browsers are no longer supported' when opening a report in 'HTML Preview' in Crystal Reports

• Unable to view report in HTML Preview in Crystal Reports.
• When using HTML Preview in Crystal Reports, following message appears:
  
  "Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and other legacy browsers are no longer supported. For more information, see Internet Explorer 11 will no longer be supported by various SAP UI technologies in newer releases."

• SAP Crystal Reports 2020
• MS Internet Explorer 11

1. In Crystal Reports, open a report.
2. Under the menu "View", select "HTML Preview"
3. It displays the message: 
   "Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and other legacy browsers are no longer supported"

• The HTML Preview functionality relies on Internet Explorer code, and it no longer works because Internet Explorer is deprecated.

• The only option is to save the report to the SAP BusinessObjects BI platform, and view it in SAP BI Launch Pad.
