3549645 - Behaviour of Attachments in Rejected or Cancelled Workflows

• How attachments behave in case of rejected / cancelled / withdrawn workflows
• How to check if attachments are still available after rejected workflows

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Attach a document to a workflow.
2. Document is available at "Manage Documents"
3. Reject, withdraw or cancel the workflow.
4. Attachment remains available at "Manage Documents"

• In case of a workflow is getting rejected, cancelled or withdrawn due to any reason, attachments remain available at "Manage Documents" as expected behaviour.
• For deletion options, please refer to KBA 2518360 - Document Management Service and the Manage Documents tool - SAP SuccessFactors Point #7: "Can we delete documents on this view?"
  If an attachment was deleted or removed directly from the module page where it was uploaded and is still visible under Manage Documents page, this means that the module attachment is using "soft deletion".
