Is there a Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) process related with the Email Job to Friend? Will 'Your friend’s name' and 'Your friend’s email address' be anonymized?

From a technical perspective, these details are not stored or retained in the system. Therefore, Email Job to Friend details are not possible to be anonymized by DRTM. When sending the notification using the Email Job to Friend feature, the friend's name field is only used for the purpose of allowing users to select other users when sending the email to an internal candidate. The friend's email address is simply the address to which the notification will be sent.

Rest assured that no records of these details are stored in the system, unless the friend applies for a job. In such cases, their information such candidate name and email will be subject to the candidate and application usual purge criteria.
