Symptom
- An issue arises when trying to configure the Content Security Policy (CSP) to add a URI as described in the SAP Help Portal.
- The customer is not able to load scripts related to the WhatFix and/or WalkMe domain due to the Content Security Policy restrictions.
- Upon trying to resolve the issue by updating this domain in the CSP allowlist in provisioning, that does not seem to be working as expected.

Reproducing the Issue
- Attempt to configure the CSP to add a URI as described in the SAP Help Portal.
- Observe that the configuration does not work as expected.
- Check the messages and log files from the platform for any error messages or blocking issues.
Cause
Resolution
- A patch ticket (PTCH-45644) was created to address the issue.
- The changes will be released on 10-Dec-2024 for Preview and on 12-Dec-2024 for Production.
- Please, check the issue 24 hours after the release dates.
