3549767 - Unable to connect ASE at primary facing WSAECONNREST error frequently - SRS

Application cannot connect ASE database at primary getting WSAECONNREST error: Connection reset by peer

When checking the ASE errorlog @primary at the same time, it numbers of  Error: 1105:
