3549813 - Missing key specification for processing node LAB_RES_COST_RATES_RUN ROOT

You are using the webservice "ManageLRCRIn" for updating Labour Resource Cost Rates. However you get the Error: "Missing key specification for processing node LAB_RES_COST_RATES_RUN ROOT" in the webservice response.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. In SOAP UI run webservice "ManageLRCRIn" for updating Labour Resource Cost Rates.
2. You get the response error message: <Note>Missing key specification for processing node LAB_RES_COST_RATES_RUN ROOT</Note>

The root cause of the issue is that the Labour Resource Cost Rates Run is not scoped yet in the Business Configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Highlight First Implementation and press edit Project Scope.
4. Click next until tab Questions.
5. Open node Financial and Management Accounting.
6. Open subnode Management Accounting and Cost Center Management Accounting.
7. Tick the checkbox for "Do you want to schedule background jobs to create Labor Resource Cost Rates?"
8. Save and confirm.
9. Rerun the webservice.
   Now the issue has been resolved and the Labour Resource Cost Rates have been updated.
