Symptom

When trying to add a marketing document using Tax Service with Avalara Rates by Address on SAP Business One, the following error occurs:

Internal error (999901000) occurred  [Message 131-183]

503 : Tax rate retrieval error: 'The postal code is invalid: XXXXXX.' Can not retrieve tax rate information from the tax rate client.
