3549889 - After 2H 2024 release Request Feedback Notification shows HTML tags instead of a link or logo image

After 2H 2024 release Request Feedback Notifications for performance forms are not displaying HTML links and logo image correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Check Company System and Logo Settings option - the "Enable HTML email notifications" is enabled per the KBA 2087486 - How to enable HTML email notifications in SuccessFactors? - SAP for Me 
2. Set the Request Feedback Notification to have a link hidden per the KBA 2087474 - How can we hide the link text from email body in some email notifications? 
3. Set the Request Feedback Notification to have a logo included per the KBA 2303455 - How to manage Company Logo in System Email Notifications, scenario B.
4. Proxy as a Manager, go to Team overview and click Ask for Feedback for an external user
5. Request feedback notification is sent from the system
6. Get the notification and open it, see the HTML code instead of the link or logo image

This is the current expected behaviour for "Request Feedback Notification", due to security restrictions this notification has been enhanced to prevent the unsafe content input.

Workarounds:

1. To insert a link: Go to Admin Center > Email Notification Template Settings and add a link without any HTML formatting to the "Request Feedback Notification".
2. To insert a logo image: Follow scenario A of the KBA 2303455 - How to manage Company Logo in System Email Notifications:

1. 1. Navigate to Admin Center;
   2. Go to 'Upload Company Logo'
   3. Choose file > Upload logo file
   4. Click 'Save'
   5. The logo should appear on your System Email Notification Header
