3549889 - After 2H 2024 release Request Feedback Notification shows HTML tags instead of a link

After 2H 2024 release Request Feedback Notifications for performance forms are not displaying HTML links correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

2. Set the Request Feedback Notification to have a link hidden per the KBA 2087474 - How can we hide the link text from email body in some email notifications? - SAP for Me 
3. Proxy as a Manager, go to Team overview and click Ask for Feedback for an external user
4. Request feedback notification is sent from the system
5. Get the notification and open it, see the HTML code instead of the link

This is the current expected behaviour for "Request Feedback Notification" due to security restrictions enhanced in the latest release update that prevents the unsafe content input.

Workaround: Go to Admin Center > Email Notification Template Settings and add a link without any HTML formatting to the "Request Feedback Notification".
