3549947 - Create Button is Missing for App Manage Number Range Intervals

When attempting to create an interval in the app "Manage Number Range Intervals," the "Create" button is missing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log in to the system.
2. Open the "Manage Number Range Intervals" app.
3. Enter a number range object.
4. Notice that the "Create" button for a new number range is missing.

 Interval creation is not allowed in the productive system. Changes on number range intervals are allowed in the development system.

Maintain the intervals in the development system, and afterwards transport these changes to the productive system.
