3550035 - CTE - Delete 0 lines which should be written to Info type 0579 in a payroll document of standard procedure

Symptom

If a report contains zero posting (e.g. per diem), this zero posting line will result in changing to info type 0579 and can be checked in a paid payroll document via transaction CTE_DOC_MONI as this is a standard procedure.
