3550145 - Data Not Saved in App Manage Credit Accounts (F4596) after SAP S4HANA Upgrade

Symptom

  • During an upgrade from SAP S4 HANA 2022 FPS1 to S4 HANA 2023 FPS1, data is not saved in the App Manage Credit Accounts (F4596) used for handling Credit Insurances.
  • The issue occurs when attempting to change the data or add a new line, even though the system provides positive feedback.
  • The issue is observed eg. with Credit Insurances and Collaterals data.
