Symptom
- In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, an issue arises when attempting to assign a team in the Sales Plan.
- The issue is identified when trying to select the 'Shared with Team' field, but no data is available for assignment.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Sales Plan App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Attempt to select the 'Shared with Team' field, but find that there is no data available for assignment.
Cause
- The users do not have roles or permissions related to Sales Planning or the necessary organization, which are required for their participation in the team and visibility in the Sales Plan App.
- This is why their Team Member Authorization Status shows "Check Not Performed", and the team cannot be selected in the 'Shared with Team' field within the Sales Plan.
Resolution
- Navigate to the App Manage Business Roles and search for User IDs.
- Once the user profile appears, select "Change" to edit the role assignments.
- In the Role Assignment section, click on "Add" to assign new roles.
- Assign the following roles: BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP and BR_SALES_MANAGER.
- After assigning the roles, click on "Save" to confirm the changes.
