3550302 - Unable to Delete Accounting Statements in Fiori App Manage Bank Statements (App ID F1564)

In the Fiori App Manage Bank Statements (App ID F1564), accounting statements cannot be deleted. The field for deletion is grayed out, even though the object F_BNKA_MAN (which allows deletion) is pronounced in the role.
