3550398 - Activity Allocation is not available for Project Billing

An activity type uploaded via "Manage Direct Activity Allocation - New Version" to a project is not available in "Manage Project Billing" app despite the Billing Profile and price rates (Manage Prices - Sales) being maintained.

The app "Manage Direct Activity Allocation" posts activity allocations using cost rates that you have calculated per ledger with the Actual Cost Rate Calculation app or maintained manually per ledger with Manage Cost Rates apps.

Maintain the needed rates in Manage Cost Rates apps.
