The Time Sheet Approval Center page shows "Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later" after accessing it.
This error is raised even after you have confirmed the target population has not exceeded the maximum allowed number of 100K as per KBA 3524053 .

Cause
The log on user that is accessing the Time Sheet Approval Center Page has full permissions to view the target employees' time sheets, but the log on user him/herself or one or some of the target employees has missing configurations for time sheet at all, for example missing time recording profile in Job Information.
Resolution
This is a known situation to be improved, currently planned with 1H 2025.
Before the 1H 2025, please ensure the log on user and his/her target employees with time sheet access permission all have valid time sheet set up.
In other words, the log on user and his/her target time sheet employees all have valid time sheets.
