3550648 - Team View Page in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Not Displayed for Managers

• The "Team View" Page is not displayed to few Managers. An error message stating "The data could not be loaded" OR "Failed to load data. Please try again later" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning
2. Click on Team View.
3. Click on the items and error message is displayed as "Failed to load data. Please try again later".

1. The issue arises due to certain permissions related to the "My Team" block not being added to the Users Role
2. Find the Managers/Users Role and Add all the Permissions associated with the "My Team"
