An error message occurs while adding attributes in Growth Portfolio: "Error: Unable to add the skill due to a technical error. Please try later again."

2. Add Attribute
3. Attributes are  not added and error occurs."Error: Unable to add the skill due to a technical error. Please try later again."

Proficiency level scale is not associated to attribute type.

If a proficiency level scale is not associated while creating an attribute type, attributes from that type cannot be added in the Growth Portfolio and will result in an error.

To avoid this, always ensure that a proficiency level scale is associated before creating attributes for the attribute type.
