3550801 - Unable to assign catalog in Default Settings for Users app

In Default Settings for Users app, it is not possible to save the assignment of a catalog. After hitting save button the catalog disappears from the user.

Assignment of multiple workagreements.

The user should only have one valid workagreement in Manage workforce app. Usually when there are two or more active workagreements, this causes inconsistent data for an employee which is not supported for self service procurement process.
