3550832 - Changing Default Printer to Email in Edit Output Settings for a Sales Quote

The default output setting for a Sales Quote is set to 'Printer'. How this can be defaulted to Email?

1. Go to Sales work center view.
2. Navigate to a Sales quote.
3. Search and open any Sales Quote.
4. Go to Actions .
5. Choose on option "Edit Output Settings."
6. In the Output Details section, the field 'Send by' is set to 'Printer' by default.

How this default option can be set to Email instead of Printer?

Printer is set as the default configuration as an output channel in Administration work center --> Output channel selection work center view--for the sales quote.

Default edit output setting for sales quote can be changed to Email.

Execute following steps to set the email as default edit output setting:-

1. Navigate to the Administration work center.
2. Go to the Output channel selection work center view.
3. Select the sales quote and click on 'Go'.
4. Maintain a row entry for 'Email' and remove the 'Printer' entry.
5. Save.
